6-Week Training Program

Level 1 | $149

With our 6-week training program, you will receive an individual movement screen and a personalized motion assessment with a BSPI certified instructor. The motion assessment will help us detect any opportunities for improvement in mobility and/or stability within certain joints to prevent injuries and enhance athletic development for bowling.  


Based on the assessment, the training program will have personalized correctives and 3 training days provided via a mobile app that incorporates stretching, dynamic warm ups, strength, power development, and conditioning. Weekly check-ins with a coach are also included.

Equipment needed: foam roller, mini-band loops, long resistance bands, towels on a smooth surface or furniture sliders for carpet floors.
