
Heather D'Errico MS CSCS CFSC LMT PPSC Pn1
Heather D'Errico is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and PWBA tour bowler. She has been training athletes at colleges for 5 years and training private clients with various goals for 10 years. She obtained a bachelor's degree in Applied Health Sciences while bowling for Robert Morris University. She then continued on to assistant coach at the University of Central Missouri from 2011-2013 while working on her Master's Degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology.

Her passion for sports performance and bowling led her to a dedication of blending the two and introducing the bowling community to BowlFit in 2014 when she began offering training programs for bowlers. Over the years, one of her main goals was to help bowlers understand the importance and implications strength training have on elite bowlers. She is also a Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of Restorative Bodywork LLC, and the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at SUNY Brockport College.
